I d like to log a formal complaint and my money back the burger arrived cold we couldn't eat the chips they were rock hard they've obviously been there all day absolutely diabolical

Not great getting all the way home and you have ordered fish and chips,only received the fish. I had to drive all the way back to shop

Was nice but I paid for a 12” pizza and I was sent a 10” I was to hungry to ring up and wait for the bigger pizza just a 10” was not big enough that’s why I ordered the 12
