Hello, your driver rang me, he was unable to find me and was up at Thinford Roundabout and I had to talk him down to where I was. He rang me at 7.19pm and we were on the phone for 6 minutes. He passed me a couple of times, it seems his ability to take directions was not great. I did say to him that I hoped they were still hot, he assured me that they would be. Unfortunately, the outer side of the packaging felt cooler than I would expect, but I also thought things would be hotter on the inside. Although my items were warm, I did not consider them hot and fresh from your shop. I do not know what time the driver left your premises, but by the time he got to me, things were not as hot and I would expect, and the paper was very grease laden.
