Why are portion sizes reducing and this is now the 3rd time food arrives cold. It's very disappointing that you cannot change the drop down options above.

Very disappointed had to ring up after a hour half after pizza hadn't come.Pizza came eventually after phone call another 40 mins no apologise whatsoever.
